Upcoming Season and Tryouts on March 4th

We are starting to get everything ready for the upcoming 2012 season.  Please mark your calender for Registration - April 1st from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the LP clubhouse

If you have a brand new swimmer or even a returning swimmer ages 6 and under - please see the announcement below about try-outs

• Sunday - March 4th from 3:30-5 pm at WAAC
  (1024 Patterson Rd  78733)

Tryouts will be in a heated pool.  Swimmers should come dressed to swim with clothes appropriate to the weather before and after tryouts.  Swimmers should bring goggles if they wear them.  Coaches will be in the water with young swimmers.

Purpose – (1) to see if a swimmer can swim the required league participation distance of 25 yards continuously and evaluate the swimmer’s stroke technique including breath exchange

                (2) to provide information on pre-swim team programs which will help prepare the young swimmer for summer swim team and help them have a successful season

                (3) to answer questions about the Lake Travis Swim League
